	Church Build Project We believe the Lord wants to build His Church - NOW! We are launching the Building Fund and pray the response will be overwhelming and a further testimony to God's people, rising up to build His Church.
	Medical Block Build The Medical block compromising Doctor's Surgery, Dental & Optometry facilities. The Need is NOW - Can You HELP?
	Family Care Project The cornerstone project of the Foundation’s work in Romania. Sponsoring a Family to be assisted through this project can be a ‘life or death’ decision for them.
	Special Community Projects The Tileagd Roma (Gypsy) Community The Salard Community
	Medical and Social Project Both Drs’ Ema and Claudia have devoted their lives to serving the medical needs of the families within Smiles’ care.
	Community Complex, Tileagd  Dreams can come true - but first you need to dream!
	Tileagd Community School The school, built and operated with a Christian ethos, will also provide a basic level of ministry for sharing the Gospel message of a loving Saviour and counselling for the many needs within this community.
	Tileagd Children’s Centre The Tileagd Children’s Centre has also achieved our objective of integrating Romanian and Gypsy children who now happily learn and play together every day. More young children are waiting to attend. Please help us today say ‘Yes’.
	Cihei Children's Centre The aim of the Cihei Children's Centre is to try and have as many of the abandoned babies adopted in Romania, into Christian families and where that is not possible, provide a life with hope through Christian love and care within Smiles.
	Gepiu Community Project The Gepiu project, led by Catalin and Lavinia Bakai, is already providing excellent educational support to 30 youngsters at the Children’s Centre each day.
	Emergency Housing Unit This building will be a wonderful facility for many of the families in need that we hear about that are living on the streets.
	Housing Project Many families have already benefited from this project. Many more await the opportunity provided through a sponsored home.
	Cihei Nursing Home & Disabled Children's Centre Six years of working in Family Care has shown the desperate need for new facilities in a Nursing Home for the Elderly and a Disabled Children's Centre. Smiles is planning both!
	Children's Outreach Our Holiday Bible Club’s aim to teach the gospel very simply to children in villages where there is little access to the gospel.
	Sports Project Under the organisational care of Project Administrator, Octavia Cimpoca – the Smiles Sport Project is being professionally advised by John Noakes.
	Vision Project Developing eye-care facilities as part of the Tileagd Complex.
	Dental Project The need for the dental surgery currently under construction at the community complex in Tileagd is immense.
	Bratca Hospital Orphanage The Bratca Hospital Orphanage is a happier place today than when The Smiles Foundation was first made aware of it.
	Sack of Smiles Specially made Christmas Sacks filled with a specific list of items including clothing, hygiene, toys and sweets all purchased in Romania and distributed by folks on the Smiles Mission Trips in December.
