This is what we ask your help with – Educating the
Children.
In 2003 when the Tileagd Community School first opened, we had 68
children from the area, largely lively in the local Gypsy Community, who
had never benefited from school or nursery. Now 4 years later, we have
children who have worked through 5 grades and start 6th grade
in September. We have 15 starting 5th grade and many others
in Nursery, Kindergarten and I-IV grades.
144 children in total start the September 2007 term. The Budget to
provide qualified teaching staff, in addition to books, and the extra
facilities we provide that regular schools in Romania do not – showers,
breakfast and lunch – all adds up to a considerable budget and we need
your help to provide this crucial educational opportunity to the children
of Tileagd and surrounding areas.

£35 / $60 a month is the full sponsorship we need, but if you can not
support the full costs, please contribute something towards the School
so that all contributions, large and small will help us give HOPE to
this future generation.
