Tour of America
August 29th - September 30th

Following the success
of the first tour in February 2007,
(see
Special Report)plans are being made for a return of
the popular choir across the Atlantic.
Originally scheduled for February 2008,
responsibilities in Romania prevented Chief Executive, Kevin Hoy and
Director of Romanian Operations, Maria Cimpoca travelling for 5 weeks
on tour. Now, the tour has been rescheduled for this Fall, and the
children are already very excited!
The Tileagd
Community Choir has been rescheduled for an August 29th
arrival in Jacksonville FL to begin the Tour in southern Georgia
August 31st. They will then travel more than 5,000 miles
during the month before departing back to Romania September 30th.
The week-end anchor Churches are as
follows, but we’d like to visit as many of our American friends as
possible. If you think we could schedule something at your Church,
School or Community, please contact us to see what is possible and
when.
We want as many stops as possible to share the Good News of what God
ha done in this community since The Smiles Foundation got involved 7
years ago, sharing God’s Love in a very practical and personal way.
Now, several in the community have been baptised and more are
attending classes for their Baptism on June 8th 2008.
Songs, Stories, Testimonies and Videos will make their Presentation
one to remember.
